DOUBLE-BEDDED ROOM AVAILABLE FOR TENANCY COMMENCING 01 JULY 23. OTHER TENANTS ARE 3 X NHS FEMALES WHO WILL BE 2ND YEAR STUDENTS. LANDLORD CAN PUT YOU IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND ARRANGE VIEWING.NHS STUDENTS LEAVING HALLS IN 2023 WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY - YOU COULD ALL STAY UNTIL GRADUATION in 2025 (subject to an initial 12 month tenancy going well). Four double-bedded bedrooms are available from 01 July 2023. This is a fantastically spacious house, absolutely ideal for a ready-made friendship group leaving Halls at Glenside.
Study bedrooms are generous suites containing desk and chair, shelving, notice board, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed. TV point in all bedrooms. All bedrooms are large so there's no box room in this house.
The kitchen/diner with breakfast bar was newly refitted in September 22. Each student has their own cupboard and drawer in addition to the shared units. The dining area leads out to the maintenance-free garden with cycle shed and plenty of barbecue space. The lounge is communal relaxing area with two generous sofas plus a cosy feature fireplace to complete the picture. Broadband connection is ready to go.
Upstairs there is a newly refurbish bathroom, as of September 22, now with a huge walk-in shower with a non-slip tray - plus vanity unit storage and the loo.
Outside, the garden has a maintenance-free patio which doubles as barbecue space. There is a locked side rear entry gate for cycle-users with shed storage in the garden.
Central heating is provided by condensing boiler, most bulbs are energy saving, windows are PVCu double glazed.
Decoratively, the house is co-ordinated in light and airy colours with natural wood finishes.
